Casa della Ghiacciaia, is a boat of the past, stranded 5 meters from the beach is the most authentic example of the Sicily of the 1800. Justly 5 meters from the sea is waiting you with his shadowy terrace in front of the Tyrrhenian sea, with the Aeolian islands as landscape.

Casa della Ghiacciaia, is located on the promenade and is a wonderful holidays house in Capo d’Orlando in front of the beach, sleeps up to 6 people and is composed as follows:

• large terrace
• living room with stove, double sofa bed dining table
• double bedroom
• bathroom with shower
• mezzanine with double bed and bathroom with shower

The Capo d ‘Orlando center is 500 meters walking, the promenade offers restaurants, bars and beautiful walks on foot or by bike with the Tyrrhenian Sea as background.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Kern und an direkter Strandlage .
Der Stil ist super ,eine Mischung aus Antik und modern . Sehr Stulvoll eingerichtet.Die Terasse unbezahlbar.
In der Küche war alles was man braucht und Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu genüge.
Freundliche Vermieter.
Obere Etage zum Wohnbereich unten offen sehr schön ,aber leider auch nach hinten offen, sodass das untere Schlafzimmer alles hört selbst wenn man auf Toilette ist.
Leider kein Internet (Der Besitzer meine dass er daran arbeite ) .es kam ab und zu unangenehme Gerücke aus den Rohren . Stromkosten empfand ich für hoch.
Im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

L’alloggio si trova esattamente in prima fila sul lungomare. La casa offre una vista esclusiva sul mare, sulle Isole Eolie e su tramonti mozzafiato.
All’interno gli spazi sono moderni e confortevoli, con una speciale attenzione al design e alle bellezza dei dettagli. Molto apprezzabile la scelta artistica dei quadri appesi alle pareti e delle finiture delle mattonelle con richiami alle isole vulcaniche. Le stanze sono spaziose, i bagni bellissimi e la cucina estremamente funzionale con a disposizione ogni utensile.

Beach front stay in Capo d’Orlando
Location ideally in front of the beach. Down the street from very good restaurant (Vossé) and in walking distance to other restaurants and shops. Parking was relatively easy for us because it was not peak season. Glad that the main bedroom had an air conditioner and for the onsite washing machine.

L’emplacement face à la mer et tout à proximité.
La place de parking , elle est gratuite en Septembre mais si il y a du monde , je pense qu’il est compliqué d’avoir une place.

Posizione perfetta, ideale per chi non vuole più prendere l’auto e godersi il mare, che sta di fronte ( a due metri). Tutti i servizi sono vicini ( supermercato, ristoranti, pizzerie, centro del paese , cioè l’isola pedonale con tutti i negozi, a due passi) anche chi ti affitta le bici, tutto il lungomare ha la pista ciclabile.

La casa ha un’ottima posizione, a pochi metri dal mare, dove si trovano sia spiagge libere che attrezzate. Anche il centro e numerosi ristoranti/locali sono a pochi passi. E’ piacevolmente ampia e fresca, grazie al condizionatore, al tetto alto in legno e al velux. La ragazza che si occupa della accoglienza è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato numerosi consigli sulla zona e su dove mangiare. Unico neo: sulla spiaggia c’è un locale che durante il giorno fa musica da discoteca a volume sostenuto, cosa che per fortuna non dura nelle ore piccole della notte.

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento e devo dire che è veramente ottimo, si trova proprio di fronte il mare e a pochi passi dal centro del paese. L’appartamento è spazioso ed ha un bellissimo terrazzo che si affaccia sul mare, se soggiornerò di nuovo a Capo D’Orlando ci tornerò sicuramente.
