Villa Alessandra, is a beautiful and unique villa for rent in Capo d’Orlando on a pristine hill, with a wonderful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Aeolian Islands to take your breath away.

A place where peace and relaxation are the masters, away from everything and everyone but always a few minutes from the sea.
The villa which is located in a natural park, where you can see donkeys, horses and birds of all kinds, offers 3 totally independent units, one next to the other.

Abseits gelegen, mit sensationellem Ausblick auf das Meer, wirklich tollen alten Olivenbäumen, Entspannen am Pool und abgeschieden vom Alltagsstress. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom schönen Städtchen Capo D’Orlando – mit guten Restaurants, Supermärkten und anderen Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Wir fanden es herrlich. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, der Müll weggetragen und auch kleinere Reparaturen sofort erledigt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank!

I had an incredible stay at Federico’s beautiful remote house! The location, perched on top of a hill, offered a breathtaking and unique view that left me in awe. The private setting was perfect for a peaceful and serene getaway. The pool was a delightful addition, making it an ideal spot for a remote retreat.

Federico was a fantastic host, always pro-active and attentive to our needs. The only advice I would give is to arrive by car with a good driver, as the house is quite secluded, and it’s best not to solely rely on car navigation (as we learned). However, once you reach this hidden gem, the experience is truly worth it.

I highly recommend this place to groups of friends seeking re-treat and tranquility. With the inviting pool, there’s little reason to venture far from the house. It’s the perfect spot to chill out, relax, and relish in the beauty of the surroundings. Thank you, Federico, for a memorable and rejuvenating stay!

We (four adults + 2 kids) had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The listing is quite accurate and the pictures and description speak for itself. There are a couple of things you should consider when / before renting the place:
The highway is quite close by and you will hear it! It did not bother us that much but the place is not a remote and tranquil as the pictures might suggest.
The main kitchen in the first house is rather well equipped.

La description de la maison correspondait en tout point, propreté irréprochable, en revanche nous avons regretté la proximité de l’autoroute à moins de 200 metres de la maison ce qui engendre une nuisance sonore certaine, alors que nous imaginions un havre de paix, isolé, et calme.

Stunning house and superb view. The terrace with view on the sea, the majestic olive trees, simply unforgettable. Nice house with airconditioning and comfortable beds. We loved it!

Loved it!
Had a fantastic stay here everything you needed was there. The pool area was amazing . Ate in most nights as was equipped to do so, we used all 3 houses, our 3 boys loved to sleep in the own private house and to be honest was a good things for adults too Federico was fantastic went above and beyond with help when I had to leave urgently a couple of days early, and was always on the end of the phone if we needed info etc. Would love to go again.
