Der Kontakt und die Erreichbarkeit zum Vermieter war jeder Zeit gegeben. Dank Teresa wurde auch ein Wunsch nach der Zitronenpresse umgehend erledigt. Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Gebäude sowie die Anlage schon außergewöhnlich. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt nicht mehr als 200 m. Da wir in der Nachsaison dort waren wurden wir auch nicht von den konzessionierten Stränden an den freien Strand vertrieben. Hätten die Italiener sowieso nicht gemacht. Dafür sind sie viel zu gastfreundlich. Preisgünstige Pizzerien und Cafés gibt es quasi an jeder Ecke. Der regionale Laden für Obst und Gemüse ebenso. Keine Angst vor Sprachbarrieren Dank Google Übersetzer ist das heute alles kein Problem mehr.

A red house in a big garden with a closed gate and parking for the car. Nice view from our terrace. Every morning, we had breakfast on the terrace with a view of the garden and ocean. A good start to the day. Comfortable bed and nice size of the bedroom. Easy communication with the landlord.

Appartamento ampio, in un bel contesto. vicino al mare e vicino all’inizio della passeggiata lungomare. Silvi marina si estende tutta su lungomare. Federico è stato molto gentile , al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto due piccoli problemi con l’appartamento e lui ha provveduto subito a risolverli.

Appartamenti a Silvi Marina in ottima posizione. In una villa di metà anni 50 si trovano gli appartamenti di Villa Chiara. Ottima la posizione rispetto al mare a 5 minuti cronometrati. Gli appartamenti sono ampi, molto grandi le camere e la zona living, arredamento IKEA moto funzionale. Non è presente l’aria condizionata ma non è necessaria, la sera soprattutto gli appartamenti sono abbastanza freschi. Le zone esterne alla villa sono ben curate e si può usufruire del giardino attrezzato con sedie, tavoli e sdraio. Si può parcheggiare all’interno della villa ed entrare ed uscire a qualsiasi ora con l’auto perché viene fornito il telecomando del cancello. Si gode di privacy e tranquillità. La TV del nostro appartamento era un po’ datata, ma tutto sommato poteva andare. Presente il WIFI, anche se nelle camere il segnale era un po’ debole. Unica nota negativa la distanza da supermercati e negozi di alimentari, bisogna utilizzare la macchina o farsi una bella passeggiata se non vi spaventa camminare. Ottima la comunicazione con Federico, che anche se non presente in loco ( almeno durante il nostro soggiorno) si preoccuperà di fare si che il vostro soggiorno vada bene, e vi darà dritte e consigli su ristornati, lidi e posti da visitare. Nel complesso un’ottima struttura con un rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente al di sopra delle aspettative. Consigliatissima.

Wunderschöne Villa in phantastischer Lage!
Wir waren für zwei Wochen in einem Appartment im 1. Stock mit schönem großen Balkon, von dort hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den Garten und sogar seitlichen Meerblick. Das Appartment bietet viel Platz. Die Lage ist phantastisch, zu Fuß nur 200 m vom Strand entfernt und dort befindet sich auch eine Straße mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Eisdiele usw., sehr schön am Abend! Wer es ruhiger liebt, kann auch etwas außerhalb an andere Strände fahren. Außerdem ist das Appartment ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge. Das Gebiet um den Campo Imperatore hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Uns gefällt die Villa und der Villengarten ausgesprochen gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage in der einmaligen Villa Chiara mit dem sehr gepflegtem und sehr grossen Garten verbracht. Federico war jederzeit erreichbar und überaus freundlich. Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für erholsame Ferien wie auch für Familien. Alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung und zu Fuss erreichbar, Strand, Restaurant, Bar und Bahnhof. Wir haben sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Chiara verbracht, es ist fast schöner als auf den Fotos ersichtich. Als Tipp kann ich den Strand gleich in der Nähe, ‘la Conchiglia’, empfehlen.
Es gibt viele nette und gute Restaurants und auch Ausflügsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Silvi Paese oder Atri.

L’appartamento è all’interno di una bellissima villa, dotata di parcheggio interno. La posizione è assolutamente ottima, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera, vicinissima alle due vie principali di Silvi.
L’appartamento è molto pulito e confortevole, l’host decisamente disponibile e cordiale.
Usciamo da una settimana di permanenza pienamente soddisfatti.

The mother of Federico received us very warmly and accommodate the needs we had to be able to access to premises a little bit before the agreed time. The house was as described and actually the pictures do not properly reflect the marvelous view and quite calm the house offers. The Leo’s apartment at Villa Chiara, Silvi, Abruzzo, suited our needs just perfect. We were two adults, one three year old and a baby of nine months who spent all of September in Silvi and it’s surroundings. It was close to the beach and other necessities. The house’s big and secluded garden was a welcome change to the beach some days. The apartment had a really nice view of the sea and was spacious enough. A big plus that the kitchen was equipped with a dishwasher. We got all the help and service we needed from Federico and his mother, e.g. a baby cot and high chair for the baby were arranged. They were really friendly and even helped out when our luggage was delayed. Federicos family occupies their own apartment in the Villa during the summer but if they are not there Federico readily replies on your calls or texts/sms. We can nothing but recommend the Villa Chiara and its hosts.

To sum it up: we had an amazing stay and honestly everything exceeded our expectations. The pictures already look awesome but seeing everything in reality made our jaws drop. We totally enjoyed every minute there! The villa is really perfect and super comfy for up to 5 people. The beach was just 3 minutes walking and we loved the Adriatic sea. Wonderful holiday

Die Unterkunft, und Federicos Familie kann ich rundum empfehlen. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Den Garten und die Aussicht auf´s Meer haben wir sehr genossen. La Villa è bellissima. Отдыхали в сентябре. Прекрасное расположение, 5 минут до пляжа моря. Вилла утопает в зелени, всё продуманно: внутренний комфорт, расположение на террасе, барбекю во дворе…. Хозяин Federico – на связи в любое время суток, помощник и советчик во всём!!! Federico, спасибо огромное за прекрасный отдых!!! Рядом рестораны, торговые центры, цены вполне нормальны, арендовали машину в Пескаре. До Рима 220 км, трасса платная, проходит через шикарной красоты горы Grand Sasso и тоннели, Всё было отлично, поедем сюда еще и не раз!!!! Цены лучше не найти, эта вилла – подарок судьбы, честно!

Très belle situation du logement, très proche du centre, mais avec un coin un peu retiré en hauteur, avec belle vue sur la mer. Notre logement était au rez-de-jardin, avec une petite terrasse, très bien pour manger dehors au calme, avec un parasol. Il y avait aussi plusieurs bbq dans la propriété, mais non utilisé par nous.

Красивая вилла в красивом саду. Много зелени и места для отдыха. Хозяина ни разу не видели. Апартаменты оказались большими. Wi Fi работает без проблем. Есть духовка. Приятно, что не пришлось везти с собой постельные принадлежности и полотенца. Есть даже скатерть.

We had a great stay at Villachiara. So well decorated, very clean and fully furnished with all amenities (big plus for us the baby cot). Located in a nice area of the city with coffees and restaurants nearby, and a nice view over the sea at 1 min walking distance. Federico was very reactive in our communications.
